Hi my name is Gena and I am a stay-at-home Mom of 4. My oldest is 28 and is married so I have a wonderful Son-in-law, a Beautiful 4 year old Grandaughter named Layla Corrine (named after me) and a Grandson who is 4 months old. As I got out on my own and realized I did not like to eat Ramen noodles 7 days a week, I learned to expand my culinary skills. My Children are pretty tolerant of trying new things even though I have to implement the "you have to eat at least 2 bites" rule often! This blog is a collection of recipes that my Children and I enjoy, and I wanted to share with the rest of you. I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as we do.
